Nothing in Nepal: Brand Overview

Nothing is a very young brand founded in 2021 by (ex) OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei. It sprung into the limelight overnight because of its unique transparent aesthetic and design-centric products. The brand has unveiled three phones so far, alongside a few accessories and wearables under the CMF tag. Its offerings are mainly targeted at Gen Z and Gen Alpha who seek innovation in technology. A striking design paired with fluid software to make smartphones fun again! The brand made its first entry into Nepal in April 2023.

The CMF Phone (1) is the very first phone from the Nothing offshoot brand. Continuing the unique design approach, this smartphone stands out in the crowd with a removable back cover and a rotating dial. It is available in two shades in Nepal: Black and Green. Likewise, the phone boots on Nothing OS 2.6, offering a smooth and optimized software experience.

A newly announced Dimensity 7300 SoC powers this phone, which is actually less powerful than the Dimensity 7200 chip. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. As for the optics, there is a 50MP main shooter alongside a 2MP portrait lens. Likewise, there is a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR 10+ certification. Lastly, the phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging support.
